So long and thanks for all the fish

This post is to announce that I'm leaving my current position as Layers' CTO.

I've made many wonderful friends in Layers and we together have made wonderful things. When Marcos Cuevas and I started this adventure, in May 2008 (planning to develop what later was known as Spotify), I couldn't imagine that Layers will become so great.

We first developed an web annotation tool, becoming "the fastest growing extension ever" in Google Extensions store (this will soon be available for Moodle) Then, we were invited to take part in Google App Store worldwide launch and created a Layers4GoogleChrome, offering the best content-consuption experience for the user. Also Layers4Publishers, which is that nice widget you can see at the bottom of this page. And many, many wonderful things that are about to come.

But it is time for me to do some new things.

I would like to thank you all who worked close to me for these years. It's been a pleasure working with you and I'm so honored to have had you as my co-worker. I've learnt something from every single one of you in layers.com, and this is much more that can be said from other companies. You make the greatest team ever.
